Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Oleadoo website and platform. By accessing or using Oleadoo you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Services

Oleadoo provides AI-powered lead engagement, qualification and management tools, including the AI Call Center, AI WhatsApp Agent, AI Ads and CRM features. Features vary by plan.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the lawfulness of the leads and data you connect, for obtaining any consents required to contact them, and for complying with advertising, telemarketing and messaging regulations applicable in the markets you operate in.

Fees

Fees are set out in your proposal or order form and billed monthly or annually as agreed, excluding taxes. Advertising spend is paid directly to the advertising platforms and is not included in Oleadoo fees.

Cancellation

Monthly engagements may be cancelled at any time and end at the close of the current billing period. Annual engagements may be cancelled for a full refund within the first 14 days and are non-refundable afterwards.

Intellectual property

Oleadoo and its underlying technology remain our property. You retain all rights to your data, leads, conversations and campaigns.

Limitation of liability

Oleadoo is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Oleadoo's country of incorporation as stated on your order form or invoice, and disputes are submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
